GPS or Students Pastoral Ghent is an enthusiastic group of young Christians who are committed to students from a religious inspiration. We offer a wide range of social, cultural or religious initiatives in Ghent. The reverse acronym of our name - GPS rather than SPG - is a nod to the familiar navigation system. It reveals something of our goal: GPS is for seekers, for those restlessly longing for more. We want to show them in a human and common way where they can find Life, where you never search in vain: with Someone who's looking for people Himself. Maybe, in that sense, GPS is more a finding than a searching system: How and where can students be found by God?

Every Thursday we have a celebration evening in the Seminar House (Seminariehuis), Gouvernementstraat 12 in Ghent. It starts with a mass celebration, followed by a bread meal and room for conversation and socializing. The celebration evening starts at 0700 PM. You're more than welcome to join us!

For foreign students there's also a special mass celebration on Sunday morning at 1100AM in the crypt of OLV Sint Pieters church.
